            MOSAIC BRIDGE COMMUNITIES
The heart of Mosaic’s Bridge Communities is that moms and dads who come to our clinics would be prayed for, cared for, and shown the love of Jesus Christ. Bridge connects Mosaic moms to a church group who will provide them loving care, Christian community, and lasting connections.
 MARY’S STORY
Mary showed up to Mosaic filled with doubt. The father of her baby abandoned her when she chose life. She was starting to think that maybe she
should seriously consider abortion.
Then, Mary’s Mosaic advocate counselor connected her to a Bridge Community. They immediately showed up for all her physical and emotional needs, surrounding her with love and community. Mary was overwhelmed with emotion when they threw her a huge baby shower that provided her everything she’d need for her baby.
That was what changed everything. It was a big deal for Mary to see all her baby’s initial needs being filled. Her heart was lifted at a time when she felt hopelessly alone and abandoned by the father of her baby.
At the shower, her Bridge Community prayed a blessing over her and her little family. Every time Mary sees them—for lunch or at church—she never fails to express her gratitude for showing her she’s not alone.
“We love Mary so much and are so grateful we can help her. Besides material items, these women simply need the comfort of a community. We are so happy to show Mary she is not alone.”

LAURA’S STORY
Laura walked into Mosaic overwhelmed. She knew she’d be carrying her baby to term but she recently moved to the US, already had two little girls... and had
just found out she was pregnant with twins.
After hearing about her situation, Laura’s Bridge Community came alongside her eagerly. They threw her a baby shower, which provided her with so many materials and toys for her babies that Laura’s little girls were dancing around happily. Laura’s Bridge Community meets her for coffee or a meal, just for companionship, to surround her with love and support. They also invited Laura and her family to a church— where they are now thriving members.
Laura has been blown away by the prayers from her community. Throughout her pregnancy, she experienced some concerns. First, one of the babies wasn’t moving, then the other one was breech. Each time, when Mosaic prayed about the situation, God cleared everything up.
Laura is due soon, and her Bridge Community is planning a meal chain to drop off food for Laura and her family. They are also planning to help cover her babysitting fees while she’s in the hospital. Laura has been immeasurably grateful for all their financial and material help—but most of all, for the gift of companionship and support.
