When Roxana first walked through the doors of Mosaic-Virginia, she wasn’t sure what she’d find. She came in quietly, asking for a pregnancy test—carrying the weight of deep regret from a past abortion. “I thought I was strong enough,” she said softly, “but I wasn’t.” The grief and guilt had followed her like a shadow. “It felt like I threw that baby away,” she whispered through tears.
